Meta Olympiad - propaganda of scientific knowledge and development among students and schoolchildren with an interest in modern information technologies through the implementation of practical tasks in the classroom.
The main objectives of the absentee Olympiad were stated:
the manifestation of that development among the students of creative zdіbnosti;
stimulating interest in modern information technologies;
fold necessary minds for the encouragement of gifted students
The holding of the Olympiad in absentia was carried out by an active information campaign in the Internet, as well as the work of the Organizing Committee with the selection of applications, re-verification of the submissions of materials for the level of recognition of the vimog, appointed by the Regulation, the level of independence of the leader.
There were 40 entries for the competition. Application processing subbags showed the following results:

General information
UVAGA! Applicants and their fathers are allowed to participate at the entrances of the NDNU MIFI only upon presentation of a passport.
For children up to 14 years of age, an original certificate of nationality is required.
Vidbirkovy tour of the Olympiad be held in two forms: full-time (in Moscow and regional maidanchiks holding the Olympiad with the possible participation of representatives of the central organizing committee) and in absentia with the Internet competitions.
Final round of the Olympiad be held in full-time form near Moscow at the regional maidanchiks of the olympiad with a general appearance of representatives of the central organizing committee. Mіstsevі spіvorganіzatori (regional visі, administration of osvіti rіgionіv, adminіstrаtsі schools) provide accommodation, technical staff, ensure advertising of the Olympiad in the region. Olympiad robots are reviewed in Moscow by members of the central jury.

Under the hour of reviewing the appeal, the appellate commission will review the correctness of the assessment of the work of the participant. As a result of the re-verification of the re-evaluation, the participant's score may be increased, redundant without change, or reduced in the development of pardons that were not marked during the first re-evaluation.
After reviewing the appeal by the Appeal Commission and the confirmation of the appeal by the Organizing Committee of the Olympiad, the participant will receive the appeal by e-mail to the address from which the appeal was filed (for a period of 7 working days). A scan of the participant's olympiad work is added to the submission.
The decision of the organizing committee for the last review of the appeals is residual.
