  • about a third cup of vegetable oil;
  • several bunches of dill and parsley
  • pepper and salt to taste.

  2. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes or straws, put in boiling broth.
  3. Then cut the sausage into strips, bacon and loin, put everything in a saucepan.

When the broth is cooked, add the swollen peas, cook the ingredients for about 20 minutes.


While peas are boiling, wash and peel the potatoes. Cut the tubers into cubes.


When the beans are soft, pour the chopped potatoes into the boiling broth. We will cook it almost until readiness, about 10 minutes.


In the meantime we wash carrots, peel and rub. Cut the peeled onion into small cubes.


Pour the vegetables into the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. While stirring, we will sauté the onions and carrots on low heat until soft.


When the potatoes are ready, add a stew of vegetables in the soup.
