The idea of creating a National Garniture and Metallurgical Center in Kuzbass, where 59% of all coal in Russia is produced, was announced back in 2010. The initiative was supported by the authorities of Russia. The creation of a unique object for our region began in 2012 in the Novoylinsky district of Novokuznetsk. The laying of the first stone was marked by the head of the Ministry of Taxes and Taxes of Russia Volodymyr Puchkov and the governor of the Kemerovo region Aman Tuleev.
The primary training building of the Center for the Training of Miners and Miners is the largest facility. The new location includes primary classrooms and computer classrooms, a number of conference rooms, as well as rooms with interactive 3D equipment that transmits computer modeling of various emergency situations underground and a daily simulator. ami.

The concept of the national center conveys the creation of a new interconnected infrastructure for carrying out professional training military personnel of the military mining units of the Ministry of Taxation of Russia, as well as the training of miners.

“The National Basic Training Center for the Training of Miners and Miners” was established in Novokuznetsk in 2015. The idea of creating the Center was announced in 2010. Implementation progress

A large amount of software and equipment necessary for the development of the system (projectors, screens, image generators, audio systems and other related equipment) was stocked.
At the design stage, a new structure of the software and hardware solution was created based on the client-server architecture. Bollards are necessary programs, which allows you to create images of a naturalistic “virtual mine” and train staff on the difficulties of virtual reality.
During the further implementation of the project, specialized initial applications were acquired, a special software and software was installed and adjusted, personnel were trained and test operation of the created system was carried out. The system can be used for both personal and group navigation. In one of the three creations of the initial bays, three individuals can undergo training at the same time, in another – 20, in the third – 35.
For the greatest confusion in virtual reality, a “Subsystem 360” was created in the hall for 20 people. It is equipped with a cylindrical screen with a diameter of 10 meters with a 360° all-round visibility (at the horizontal plane from the group moving area near the hall). Within an hour, a video image is projected onto the screen, which is the center of a virtual coal mine. Management of the core of the virtual mine operates in real time mode. The system supports 2D and 3D modes, is fully interactive and has the ability to control both the first and third individuals. In the virtual middle of the mine, there are drilling machines, equipped to suit the military mining units of the Russian Federation, as well as the mines, located in the localities, as confirmed by the technologist ii video boot.
The process now triggers various scenarios of work at the mine or routine emergency situations (fire, gas leaks, roof collapse, equipment malfunction, etc.).

In connection with this, a decision was made about the need for the functioning of the National Airmobile Mining and Basic Training Center for the training of mine workers and miners near the Novokuznetsk metro station with branches in the regions of Russia sії. Varto notes that most of the great accidents that have occurred in the oil industry in Russia are accompanied by injuries to workers and fatal consequences. The activities of the National Center will ensure:
- reducing injuries and deaths of miners and mine workers;
- implementation of new principles for training the personnel of mining enterprises;
- increasing the level of awareness among healthcare workers about the problems that arise in the face of the end of the maid's work;
- effective training, straightening on the memory of self-corruption;
- Creation of efficiency, which corresponds to the immediate benefits of the emergency response system and emergency situations;
- strengthening the training system for frontline workers, including members of additional garnishment teams of guineatorial enterprises and military corpsmen;
- training for mining industry specialists who are in the early stages of independently constructing robots to eliminate underground accidents.
The project of the development of the National Center and the system of training for military service in advanced development of the mining industry of miners and ryatuvalniks, as well as the accumulation of military services and foreign evidence. For its creation, a number of foreign systems have been studied in detail, including those implemented in Australia, which allowed, in the remaining 5 years, to reduce the rate of fire-related injuries in coal mines by 44% and by a third – wasted working hours. The airborne mining basic training center for the training of mining workers and miners contains a whole complex of various species and spores that grow on an area of 12.5 hectares.
The largest facility in the center will be the primary training building, which will contain primary classrooms, two computer classrooms, three conference rooms in which scientific and practical conferences will be held with the exchange of information based on the requests of the clerk. in the international level.
In addition, there will be five rooms for 3D modeling: with the help of new computer technologies, virtual pictures of work processes in the mine will be created in a trivial image format, it will be possible to look at any object from these sides - to the beast, below, from the side (div. photo). 
A variety of emergency situations are simulated on the computer, and methods are developed to protect people. It will be possible to understand for sure what kind of inheritance this other mercy will produce. And like a movie, it will be possible to “rewind” the situation back and find the right options for this or any other emergency situation.
The construction of the basic training corps as part of the implementation of the first stage of the project of the construction of the National Center will be completed in 2013.
The other most important object for the center is a technological module, in which miners and guards will learn how to behave in case of accidents and fires, not virtually, not on computers, but in minds that are close to reality. With this method, a training mine with new equipment will be created here. At one time she can train up to 15 degrees.
In addition, the technological module will house the Novokuznetsk Oil Industry Branch of the Federal sovereign establishment“All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Anti-Fire Defense” of the Ministry of Taxes and Taxes of Russia (FGU VNDI PZ).
A sports complex is planned for the physical training of miners and miners. This includes three gyms (games, gym and martial arts), as well as a whole initial complex for training divers with two swimming pools 3 m deep, connected by an underwater gallery, a stationary pressure complex for getting started with robot skills surrounded by spaces(it has a vice similar to the pressure of water at depths of up to 25 m).
A pressure chamber will also be installed to refresh divers after working in deep water.
A small stadium is planned: a football field with a piece of grass, with stands for spectators for 200 people, where professional training is carried out among the soldiers and members of the Supreme Commander.
And, of course, comfortable living quarters will be created for the mining workers and miners who are starting to work. For the warehouse and spivrobitniki center, apartment-type housing units will be created; for educational institutions, housing units for 46 apartments will be arranged (Fig. 2). 
Thus, in line with the concept of everyday life, the infrastructure of the National Center includes:
- basic-training corps;
- technological module of the “Polygon model” type with an initial shaft (for accommodating a liquid reaction pen);
- garage boxes;
- comprehensive wake-up service;
- sports complex;
- herd.
The training system for mine workers and mine personnel includes theoretical, practical training, as well as training in virtual reality mode for full-time training programs - 24–168 initial years.
The National Center's efforts to ensure supply of 7,700 to 9,000 people per river (the average is 8,350), which is close to 40% of the total demand due to the regulation of the frequency of supply. To organize the training of mining workers and miners in other regions, it is planned to establish branches in the Rostov and Sverdlovsk regions.

The activity of the National Center in the city of Novokuznetsk is carried out on a regular basis and is due to the high concentration in the Siberian Federal District of workers of the mining industry and military workers Russian Federation(over 105 thousand individuals, close to 60%), to the removal of most of the most dangerously unsafe mines near the Kemerovo region, in the distant geographical location of the Novokuznetsk metro station, which allows optimal style terms deliver the forces of the Swedish Federation to any point of the Russian Federation.
